How do I close my account?

Closing your account depends on whether you've invested yet.

If you haven't invested yet

You can close in the app. The steps depend on whether you have one portfolio or several.

If you have one portfolio

1. Go to the Account tab
2. Select Close account
3. Tell us why you're leaving (optional but helpful)
4. Confirm the closure

Your account will be closed within a few days.

If you have several portfolios

To close a portfolio you haven't funded yet:

1. Open that portfolio
2. Tap More in the top right
3. Tap Close portfolio
4. Confirm the closure

This takes a few days to complete.

If you have investments

You need to withdraw your money first. When you withdraw more than 90% of your investments, your account will close automatically. This can take a few business days after the withdrawal is completed.
